Recognize the nametemplate token in a mailcap file

The nametemplate token can be used in a mailcap file to indicate Alpine how to name the file that is about to pass to a viewer.

For example, nametemplate="%s.docx" tells Alpine to add the extension docx to the file.

Adding the extension to a file helps the viewer to open the file correctly.

Without this patch Alpine does not recognize this token, and therefore might open attachments incorrectly.
